>Sound Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix
Table level and technical knowledge of the Core HR, Self Service HR OTA, OTL, Payroll modules of HRMS including functionality knowledge, process/data flow, base tables, interface tables and standard APIs used for data conversion/migration related to the modules
>Experience in Oracle reports development
>Experience in registering forms, reports, concurrent requests and development of custom Workflow is desirable
>Expertise in PL/SQL cartridge, and usage of oracle tools and utilities like ADE, ADI, Oracle Alerts, discoverer workbook is must
>Knowledge of a version control tool and (Data-migration tools like (Datloader,SQL* Loader) is desirable
